Returns

We provide videos, sample color charts and technical support to help you get the best looking print possible with our technology.  It is your responsibility to order samples, prepare your files properly and educate yourself on how to acheive your desired results.  Please read thoroughly what conditions apply for receiving a return or refund.  By nature of digital printing and how garments are made across the world you will see inconsistencies across a batch of varying products or a large order of the same image on the same garments.  

To return a Dusty Pineapple Boutique product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at brandonlee1983@hotmail.com  and request an RMA number. Include photos in outside lighting.  Photos with poor indoor lighting will not be accepted.  Supplied photos must contain at least one photo of the garment laying completely flat and one photo of a person wearing the garment.  Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned:

  • Wrong Item received
  • Incorrect Print (you received a print that you did not order)
  • off center by more than 1.5 inches

 

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.  

  • if a print looks somewhat different from another print you previously ordered, this is part of printing and it very well may happen again
  • if you ordered varying garments and the print does not look 100% identical across all garments.  An example is ordering a t-shirt and a hoodie with the same print.  It may occur that the print will look slightly different on each garment and this is normal.
  • if your print looks crooked but you cannot show us a photo of someone wearing the shirt.  Garments are not always sewn perfectly because sewing is done by humans in factories.  Our technique for centering prints accounts for the imperfections in sewing.  So, we require a photo of a person wearing the garment to ensure the print is in fact crooked.  

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Return Policy:

Here at the Twisted Pineapple, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. 

We are happy to accept returns for an exchange or store credit.

  • All merchandise must be unwornunwashed, with all tags still attached and returned within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  • ITEMS SHOULD BE FREE OF MARKS, MAKEUP, PERFUMES, DEODORANT, AND ANIMAL HAIR.
  • An item(s) sent back after 14 days of delivery to the customer, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Returns for store credit is issued as a one time occurrence and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Store credit does not expire. 

Final Sale Items:

Final Sale items cannot be returned. These items include clearance items, bathing suits, undergarments such as but not limited to: bra's, bralettes, bathing suits, & underwear.
 

Customized Items: Custom apparel, gear and swim suits are not available for return. Please make sure you check order details prior to placing your order.
 

Grab bags or bundle sales: These as well as clearance items are not eligible for return. 
 

Gift Card: Physical or emailed Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.
 

Swim Suits & Undergarments: Swim suits and undergarments are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. Please be mindful of the size chart and size up or down where you see fit at your own discretion.

Twisted Pineapple Boutique is not held responsible for any order placed where the customer has asked for our guidance on sizing. Twisted Pineapple Boutique reserves the right to refuse store credit or returns as they deem fit.
 

Twisted Pineapple Boutique is not responsible for returns lost in transit by USPS, FEDEX, or UPS. We advise to redeem a tracking number when shipping back an item.
